The oldest part of the church of St. Trinity Church in Rachowice is a brick chancel with a sacristy, dating from 1668. The wooden nave comes from the same period, to which a tower - belfry was added in the years 1679-88. Inside the church there are, among others The 17th-century oak portal, as well as the wrought door to the sacristy, dating back to the 15th century. Most of the furnishings are baroque and 19th century. The main altar with numerous figural sculptures is especially valuable. It comes from 1679. Late Baroque side altars come from the 18th century. The pulpit is from the 19th century. The church fence from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries was made of wood and brick posts and covered with a shingled roof.
