The present parish church was built according to the design of the architect Theodor Ehl.
The construction of the church began under the leadership of Fr. prob. Reinhold Scholz in May 1926. In the fall, the walls were covered with a roof. The consecration of the church took place on the second day of Pentecost, June 6, 1927. This was done by Card. Adolf Bertram from Wrocław. The polychrome in the church in the post-war years 1949/1950 was made by the famous painter Wincent Mrzygłod from Nysa.
Renovation of the church in 1974 changed its current appearance. A new altar was built in which the relics of St. Jadwiga.
Another renovation took place in 2005.
