The brick church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Miasteczko Śląskie was built next to a wooden church in 1905-08 in the neo-Gothic style, according to the design of Oskar Hossfeld. The building material was stone and brick. The church has a single nave, not oriented, with a chancel closed on three sides. A square tower topped with a triangular roof was added to the nave (the remaining roofs are gable), which houses the entrance portal, the second is on the front.
