The Gwoździński church was originally built in Kościeliska and is a faithful reconstruction of the former temple, although built of new materials. The only original elements are: a beam above the entrance door with the date 1576 and two crosses located on the church towers. Its furnishings are new, from the 20th century, but care has been taken to harmonize with the historic interior and refer to the original temple in its character. The building, which is a parish church in Gwoździany, which belongs to the Opole diocese, lies on the Wooden Architecture Trail of the Silesian Voivodeship.
