One of the two chapels, from the mid-19th century, within the village of Kochanowice at the intersection of Częstochowska Street with the road to Ostrów.
The chapel is made of brick, closed on three sides, inside there is a folk sculpture of St. Florian.
Together with the chapel of St. John of Nepomuk is related to the legend of two brothers and is reflected in the coat of arms of the Kochanowice commune. According to legend, the chapels are to commemorate the duel of two brothers who were in a dispute over a property or a virgin. The brothers were named Jan and Florian - hence the patron saints of both places.
