Church of st. Wawrzyniec is a parish church of the Roman Catholic parish under the same invocation, which is located in the Sadów deanery belonging to the Gliwice diocese.
The Late Classicist Empire-style temple was built in the first half of the 19th century. 19th century from the foundation of the then heir of Kochanowice - Sylwiusz von Aulock. Its simple architecture and a slender tower at the front of the temple attract attention. The church is made of brick, plastered. Its façade has a characteristic dark gray color which, together with its simplicity, resembles a Gothic form. The building has a single nave with a presbytery ended with a semicircular apse. Its central place is occupied by a wooden main altar. In its interior, the most noteworthy is an interesting gilded cross to the left of the main entrance and stained glass windows.
The parish of Saint Lawrence in Kochanowice belongs to the diocese of Gliwice (Sadów deanery). Holy Masses on Sundays and holidays: 8:00 am, 11:00 am; on weekdays: 17:00.
Church of st. Lawrence is a temple open to the public. It is best to visit it in the morning or afternoon hours, before or after the daily Mass celebrated here. and on Sundays and public holidays.
