The historic Catholic church in Rudziniec is a parish church in the Ujazd deanery in the Opole diocese.
The temple is located on the Wooden Architecture Trail of the Silesian Voivodeship
The church is oriented, wooden, on a brick foundation, with a carcass structure with a tower - a belfry with a pole structure. The nave on a plan similar to a square. The presbytery is narrower, rectangular and closed on three sides. A rectangular sacristy adjoins the chancel on the north side. On the west side, a tower with a porch in the ground floor is added to the nave of the church, a porch with a frame structure adjoins it from the west. The tower, vestibule, sacristy and the upper parts of the nave and chancel are boarded with boards. The nave and the presbytery are covered with separate, 2-slope shingled roofs. The tower is topped with a 4-sloped pyramid roof. The façades of the nave and the chancel are enriched with shingle roofs.
The church is surrounded by a cemetery. Opposite the church there is a brick roadside chapel from the 18th / 19th century.
